Use the actual headset
Record the headset model and firmware and pair it with the proposed phone. Make an ordinary call and check answering, ending, volume control and switching audio. Include the physical keys used by staff during the job.
Test recovery
Restart the devices and move briefly out of connection range, then return. Check whether reconnection needs manual action and whether users can see which audio route is active. Record interruptions and repeated pairing steps.
