Test a job link from the same message or browser that operators will use, and verify the destination record after sign-in. Opening an app successfully is only the first step; the link must reach the intended job under the correct account.
Run a small link-routing matrix
| Starting condition | Proposed check |
|---|---|
| App installed and signed in | Open the link and compare the destination job ID |
| App installed but signed out | Sign in through the approved route and check whether the destination is retained |
| App unavailable | Review the expected browser page or approved installation instructions |
| Link for an unauthorized job | Confirm a clear access refusal using a controlled test account |
Know who owns the link
Android's deep-link overview distinguishes link mechanisms, including Android App Links with verified website associations. Routing depends on app and domain configuration as well as device settings. An Android version number does not establish that a supplier controls or has verified your company domain.
Use non-sensitive test URLs. Keep the originating application, domain, app release, account role and observed destination in the evidence. Do not share live login tokens in a support request. If a link opens the wrong screen, ask the application owner to inspect the routing and authentication handoff.
The Phonemax T1 is listed in Gray Android 16 and Green Android 10 versions. Test the exact selected build; this article does not verify any third-party job-link integration.
Include link routing in the application acceptance matrix. Contact Phonemax with a sanitized workflow and configuration requirement before a fleet purchase.
