Define the interaction
Record the tag or credential system, app version and required action after a read. Ask the supplier about compatibility with the proposed configuration. Avoid treating NFC support as proof of every payment or building-access service.
Test normal handling
Fit the intended case and ask users to perform repeated reads in their normal working position. Record retries, unclear confirmation and incorrect records. Check whether the app handles an interrupted read and whether the resulting data reaches the office system.
Keep the evidence specific
Current X5 information lists NFC, but that fact does not establish compatibility with every tag or application. Verify the quoted version and actual accessory combination. Put the accepted tag system, software and case identifier in the deployment record. If a case or credential system changes later, repeat the affected read task rather than relying on an older generic NFC demonstration.
