A 4GB RAM label and 4G support describe separate requirements. A device can satisfy the memory request while still needing a different regional configuration for the operator.
Record configuration facts
Ask for physical RAM, internal storage, processor and supported bands for the quoted version. List the deployment countries and SIM plans. Keep missing operator information visible rather than inferring universal coverage.
Run two task checks
Assess application switching with realistic records and attachments. Separately test ordinary calls, data uploads and recovery after a service interruption. Record app reloads apart from failed communication so the cause of a problem is not guessed from the labels.
Use X5 variants accurately
Current X5 information lists 4GB/64GB configurations on T615 and G81, with network and other feature differences. A fleet order must identify the version actually tested. Approve memory behavior and regional service separately, then keep the device, SIM and application identifiers together. This prevents a familiar product name from concealing an untested regional substitution.
