For an NFC work-tag workflow, verify the record opened by the tag and the final submitted information. Detecting a tag is only one step; it does not prove that the correct asset or job has been selected.
Define the tag's intended action
| Workflow step | Acceptance question |
|---|---|
| Present tag | Is the intended tag type supported by the proposed setup? |
| Handle data | Does the intended application respond? |
| Identify record | Does the displayed asset or job match the test tag? |
| Enter work | Are values attached to that record? |
| Submit | Does the receiver confirm the expected result? |
Android's NFC basics explains how tag data and interested applications interact. That platform mechanism is not proof that an organization's tags and app are compatible with an offered phone.
Check one requirement at a time
The current R4-T record lists NFC. It does not establish fingerprint hardware, a 6GB RAM variant or support for a particular asset-tag system.
If the application also requires authentication, evaluate that separately. See the NFC and authentication distinction.
Include similar-looking records
Use approved non-sensitive sample tags for two distinct assets. Confirm the displayed identifier before entry and check for repeated or wrong-record submissions. Record the tag type, app version and observed result.
Share the tag and application requirement with Phonemax. This guide reports no tag compatibility, scanning-rate result or access-system integration.
