A 4GB RAM purchasing requirement should be matched to the exact offered model rather than copied from a generic tablet table. The current T1 and N1 records reviewed here do not establish a 4GB configuration.
Current published memory choices
| Configuration | Published memory and software |
|---|---|
| T1 Gray | 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, Android 16 |
| T1 Green | 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, Android 10 |
| N1 | 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, Android 16 |
Clarify whether 4GB is a minimum or an exact condition
A buyer may use a memory figure as a minimum application requirement or require a specific validated configuration. Record which meaning applies. Do not silently substitute another version or describe an unlisted version as available.
Test the actual application set
Use representative forms, documents, maps and attachments. Check switching applications, capturing records and completing synchronization. Record reloads or failures rather than promising smooth performance from RAM alone.
Keep memory and storage distinct
Put RAM, storage capacity and operating system in separate purchasing fields. If advertised memory expansion is involved, request its breakdown instead of adding it to physical RAM without explanation.
The acceptance record should identify the tested hardware and software. No memory benchmark or application-capacity result is reported here.
