A 6.5-inch FHD rugged-phone ODM quotation should explain what is supplied and how the screen will be accepted. A single total price can conceal differences in protective glass, accessories or configuration.
Compare quotation scope
Ask whether the price includes the intended panel and touch assembly, case, screen protector, charging equipment and sample work. Identify quantities, lead times and any proposed alternative components. Separate one-time project work from unit costs using the supplier's actual terms.
Define the acceptance work
Specify the application layout, touch and outdoor reading checks that the finished sample must pass. Agree who provides test materials and how failed checks are resolved. Keep this acceptance description alongside the screen specification so a lower price cannot silently remove a mandatory requirement.
Evaluate alternatives on their own scope
The current X5 display is 5.3 inches. A quote for that compact model should not be compared as though it supplies a 6.5-inch FHD ODM configuration. Ask for a clearly identified matching model or document an approved size change. Include deployment accessories and support arrangements in the comparison. Approve the quotation only when the agreed configuration and acceptance responsibilities are clear enough to review at delivery.
Review the X5 product details for the documented compact configuration.
