A purchase request for a 10,000mAh IP67 rugged phone names two independent specifications. The battery figure should be tied to the sale configuration, while the ingress rating should be supported by a report for the finished handset. A supplier's battery and waterproof claims may refer to different variants unless the model identifiers match.

Confirm the battery configuration

Ask for the exact SKU, rated capacity in mAh and Wh, battery pack identification and whether the capacity belongs to the finished device. If a larger battery is added for an OEM order, check whether the changed enclosure, seals and charging system have been evaluated. Run a representative shift test for your apps; a capacity number by itself does not promise a particular runtime.

Read the IP report for the same model

IP67 and IP68 are test classifications with distinct water-test conditions. Request the applicable report and identify its test standard, model name, sample condition, depth and duration. Compare that model name with the battery documentation and the SKU on the order. Look for port covers and seals on the delivered sample, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for their use. An ingress rating does not establish saltwater or chemical resistance.

Make a combined acceptance record

1. Enter the exact handset and battery pack identifiers on one sheet.
2. Attach the battery and ingress reports that name that version.
3. Inspect the finished sample's ports, seals and charging arrangement.

Why the X5 listing is only a comparison

The current Phonemax X5 page lists 5,000mAh and IP68. It does not identify a 10,000mAh IP67 sale version. Buyers who require both exact figures should obtain a separate, documented configuration rather than treating X5 as a match.
