A supplier quote headed “X5 6GB” should identify the complete handset. The current X5 T615 version has a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option; the G81 version is listed as 4GB + 64GB. That difference affects more than a memory number.
Compare the quotation with the version table
Ask the seller to state processor, physical RAM, storage, region, Android version and model/SKU. A generic X5 photo cannot prove the configuration. Record any virtual-memory setting separately, and confirm that a storage capacity is not being described as RAM.
Inspect a representative unit
Check the device settings, available storage and the supplied model label. Install the buyer's apps and test switching between them after a realistic dataset is loaded. Verify the exact radio version with the destination carrier, because the Full-Band label does not guarantee every operator's services.
Check features that differ
The T615 listing includes a fingerprint sensor and large speaker; G81 does not. A substitute with the same exterior may therefore fail a fleet's unlock or audio workflow. Require notification and approval before a variant substitution.
Keep the evidence with the order
Save the current X5 specification, quotation, sample identifier and acceptance results. Check the delivered configuration against that record before deployment. If a seller cannot document the 6GB + 128GB T615 unit, keep the order specification unresolved rather than assuming that all X5 models have 6GB.
