A construction-site brief asking for 12000mAh and IP67 should identify a matching device and the workload it must complete. Battery capacity, ingress protection and practical site handling are separate acceptance criteria.
Describe the shift and charging gaps
List calls, plans, photographs, navigation and reporting tasks. Include the distance from a charging point and the reserve required if a worker stays late. Test the sample under representative reception and brightness settings. Measure remaining charge instead of turning 12000mAh into a guaranteed number of working days.
Check site protection and handling
Request the offered model's ingress documentation and the conditions under which the rating applies. Confirm port-cover, cleaning and drying instructions. Separately check drop requirements, mount fit and operation with the site's gloves. An IP rating is not evidence of every impact or cleaning condition.
Reject unsupported model combinations
Phonemax X5 is currently listed with a 5000mAh battery and IP68 description. It should not be advertised as a 12000mAh IP67 phone. A different rating or larger capacity must be supported for the actual model quoted. Ask the supplier to document the battery and enclosure configuration together, then test a sample with the site applications. Plan a dry charging station and equipment handover routine so the approved phone is prepared for each shift. Keep the capacity, ingress evidence and workday result as separate fields in the acceptance record.
Review the current Phonemax product information when documenting the offered model.
