A 2.4-inch screen requirement should be evaluated with the keypad workflow that users need. Screen size alone does not show how quickly a worker can find a contact, read a message or enter a value.
Choose repeatable keypad tasks
Ask users to unlock the sample, find a saved contact, make an ordinary call and enter a short message. Include correction of a typing mistake and return to the main menu. Record the number of actions and any confusing navigation.
Check visibility and handling
Use the intended gloves and normal lighting. Test whether labels fit and whether the selected item is clearly indicated. Check button spacing with the case fitted. If touch input is also available, establish which tasks can be completed entirely with keys and which require touching the display.
Verify the proposed product
Phonemax F3 T combines physical keys with a touchscreen and is currently described with a 2500mAh battery. Its current text description does not establish a 2.4-inch display. Treat it as a hybrid comparison, not a confirmed match to every requirement. Obtain the screen specification for the actual offered phone and approve it through the menu and text-entry trial.
