4G Tablet Pilot Orders: Define the Go/No-Go Review

A 4G tablet pilot should end with a documented decision about the intended work, not simply a list of devices delivered. Define essential tasks, evidence and decision owners before sending samples to a field team. The pilot can then show which requirements passed and which remain open.

Choose a complete job as the unit of acceptance

For an inspection team, the job might run from opening an assignment to the office receiving its photographs and report. For a navigation team, it might include loading the chosen route file and using the approved mounting and power arrangement. Select the workflow that matters to your operation; do not combine unrelated successful demonstrations into one claimed result.

Use three decision states

Go: the agreed critical requirements pass on the identified setup. Review: a requirement is unresolved and needs evidence or a defined change. No-go: a critical requirement fails and the proposed deployment should not proceed in its current form. These are suggested project states, not Phonemax acceptance terms.

Keep product purpose attached to the result

The T1 is presented for general industrial field work. The N1 is positioned for navigation and digital roadbooks. Their intended uses help choose a sample; they do not replace an app or accessory evaluation.
