12-month manufacturer warranty
Phonemax phones are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's country. Repair, replacement or resale does not automatically extend the original warranty period unless required by law.
What the warranty covers
Verified defects in materials, design or manufacturing, and verified functional failures that occur under normal use and maintenance.
How to request warranty service
- Contact marketing@phonemax.com before sending the device. Include the order number, product model, IMEI or serial number when available, country and a clear description of the issue.
- Provide the original purchase invoice or another valid proof of purchase.
- Back up and remove personal data before sending the device. Phonemax is not responsible for data lost during inspection, repair or replacement.
- Wait for approval and the designated return address. Do not send a device to the original shipping address or registered company address without written instructions.
After the device is received, the target repair period is within 15 working days. Additional time may be required for diagnosis, parts availability, customs or transport.

- For a verified product-quality issue, Phonemax pays the approved return shipping cost.
- For non-quality issues or other reasons, responsibility for shipping costs is discussed and agreed before shipment.
- Phonemax pays the shipping cost to send a repaired item back to the buyer.
- No return-handling or restocking fee is charged for warranty service.
