Which locations do you deliver to?

On the product purchase page, if there is a corresponding shipping method showed after you choose the nation or region, that means we can offer purchase service in this area. We could ship the Phonemax to most of countries.

What is the shipping cost and time?

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders, and always ship with quality discreet packaging.
Most in stock orders go out within 2-3 days from when they are placed. Transit times depend on the destination. Usually it will takes 5-10 days. Please allow extra days for shipments during holidays.

You can choose the shipping method when place an order, the Standard Shipping is free shipping, and you can see the shipping cost when you choose the DHL shipping method.

(Note: The shipping times are a general guide and do not apply to some remote areas.)

 

Please notice that we can only cancel the orders which has not been shipped out. If you need to cancel your order please contact us in 48 hours after your purchase.
In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we cannot resend the item without address verification. Additional postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cannot be delivered to military addresses such as APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses.

Who will take charge of the possible Customs Fees&Tax?

Taxes may apply for imported goods and usually regulated by the country law.

Phonemax one will not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
