Check a rugged-tablet delivery against the agreed kit before issuing devices to workers. A correct tablet model can still arrive with a missing accessory, mismatched guide or unresolved setup issue. Keep the receipt check separate from the technical field trial.
Prepare the expected contents
Use the order, packing list and agreed configuration sheet. Define which chargers, cables, mounts, printed materials and other accessories are included rather than assuming that a product-family photograph shows the shipped kit. Record which units or cartons were inspected; a sample check should not be reported as a complete shipment inspection.

Do not turn an arrival check into a destructive test
Follow supplied instructions and your organization's receipt procedure. Keep a suspect unit out of normal issue until the responsible team gives an instruction. Avoid improvised drops, water exposure, dismantling or unapproved charging arrangements as ways to prove that a delivery is acceptable.
Read the current configuration correctly
The T1 product page distinguishes Gray 6GB+128GB Android 16 and Green 8GB+128GB Android 10. It also describes the listed scanner configuration as without a Honeywell barcode scanner. Check against the actual order; do not assume every T1-labelled unit includes a scan engine.
Send Phonemax a clear receipt exception with the order reference. This checklist does not establish shipment contents, an inspection sampling standard, a returns entitlement or a repair decision for a particular order.
