Ask for a quotation that separates the device configuration, project work, accessories and delivery scope. A single unit price is difficult to compare when two offers include different software preparation, packaging or sample work.
Make comparable lines
| Quotation line | Clarification to request |
|---|---|
| Device | Exact variant, quantity and specification revision |
| Customization | Defined artwork, software or configuration work and its scope |
| Samples or evaluation | What is supplied, which review is included and what remains separate? |
| Accessories and packaging | Models, quantities, artwork and included materials |
| Delivery | Agreed destination, quoted delivery scope and exclusions |
| Commercial conditions | Currency, validity period, payment milestones and unresolved items |
Separate a requirement from an included item
Label each line quoted, excluded or awaiting evaluation. If a project needs destination-specific documents or app preparation, ask who supplies them and whether the relevant work is included. Do not assume that mentioning a requirement in an enquiry means the supplier has accepted it.
Keep the selected platform fixed
The T1 product page distinguishes Gray 6GB+128GB Android 16 from Green 8GB+128GB Android 10. A quote that says only “T1 tablet” leaves a configuration question open.
Phonemax's OEM/ODM page states that final specification, MOQ, lead time and compliance scope are confirmed after project evaluation. Use it to frame the enquiry, not to invent a fixed quantity threshold, customization price or dispatch date.
Send Phonemax the itemized requirement and destination. Compare offers only after identifying their scope differences. This article is a quotation checklist; it does not quote prices, determine import charges or establish contract terms.
