Shipping destinations

We offer international shipping to destinations supported at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. Availability depends on the selected product and complete delivery address. If no shipping method is available, contact marketing@phonemax.com before placing an order.

We do not deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.

Shipping origin

Orders in our general shipping profile are dispatched from our Shenzhen warehouse in Guangdong, China.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after the order is placed. This processing period is separate from the transit times below. Holidays may affect dispatch and delivery.

Shipping options, transit times and fees

The following USD rates apply to eligible products in our general shipping profile. The same rate schedule is configured across its supported destinations. Enter your full address at checkout to see the methods available for your order.

Free Express Delivery is available for qualifying orders valued at US$99–10,000 when that option is offered at checkout. Accessory products assigned to our accessory shipping profile have free standard shipping. Accessories follow the same estimated transit times as other products for the selected shipping method; standard accessory shipping takes 10–16 working days after dispatch. Mixed-product orders may have a different combined shipping charge. Review the total at checkout before payment.

Transit times are estimates after dispatch. Customs clearance, holidays, carrier disruptions and remote-area delivery may cause delays.

Tracking

Use the tracking information provided for your shipment. Tracking can also be checked at 17TRACK. Contact customer support with your order number if you need help.

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries to EU countries handled through our 4PX tax-paid logistics arrangement, import taxes are paid through that arrangement. This statement does not apply automatically to other countries or other shipping arrangements. For shipments outside that arrangement, destination customs charges may apply and are the recipient's responsibility unless explicitly included in the order. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation for your destination and shipping method.

Address changes and cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to change your address or cancel an order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled before delivery. If an incorrect address causes a shipment to be returned, address verification is required before reshipment and additional postage is the purchaser's responsibility.
