Thermal Phone Memory: Questions for a Procurement Specification

A procurement sheet should describe memory without obscuring the configuration actually delivered. The same model name may be offered with different RAM and storage variants, and some marketing figures include software expansion.

Specify the unit

Ask for physical RAM, storage capacity, operating-system version and any separately listed virtual-memory feature. Record the model and variant identifier on the purchase order. Do not write “12 GB physical RAM” unless the supplier confirms that exact specification.

Connect memory to the task

Thermal capture, mapping and report export may run together. Test the selected apps on the quoted unit and note reloads, crashes or failed exports. A larger RAM number is valuable only if it improves that workflow.

Check support

Confirm storage available after the operating system and apps, security-update policy and how captured data will be backed up. A balanced purchasing decision includes software and service requirements as well as the memory headline.
