A 5MP camera requirement should be evaluated against the detail users need to capture. Megapixel count alone does not establish readable labels or useful inspection images.
Prepare image examples
Photograph a serial label, a wider equipment view and a small detail under representative light. Check focus and the saved image rather than only the live preview. Record capture distance and settings.
Follow the reporting path
Attach the images in the actual application and review the office-system result. Check whether resizing or compression removes needed information. Keep file and software conditions with failed examples so the issue can be reproduced.
Verify the camera configuration
Current X5 information lists a 13MP rear camera, not an exact 5MP rear-camera model. It is a different compact candidate. Clarify whether 5MP is an exact requirement or a minimum and evaluate the offered sample accordingly. Do not infer camera sensor details beyond the supplier's evidence. Retain accepted images as examples for future application and replacement-device checks.
