Request model-specific records
Ask the supplier for report identifiers, device configuration, selected test methods, conditions and pass criteria. Match the tested sample to the quotation. Clarify any difference in model naming or enclosure revision.
Connect tests to the job
Describe the intended workplace and identify which claims matter to procurement. Keep impact, vibration, temperature and ingress evidence separate rather than assuming one label answers all of them. Review operating instructions and service arrangements for conditions outside the documented scope.
Avoid unsupported X5 wording
The current X5 text reviewed describes rugged construction and IP68 protection but does not establish a MIL-STD-810H claim. Do not add that certification wording without relevant evidence. If the requirement is mandatory, obtain a documented matching configuration and review the report. Preserve the specific test scope with the approval so marketing and deployment instructions reflect what was actually supported.
