An ODM project should test the battery with the firmware and application set intended for production. A 5000mAh specification cannot establish the runtime of an unfinished software configuration.
Identify the sample software
Record firmware, Android version, required applications and permissions. Include location, synchronization and notification behavior used by the customer. Ask which software changes are expected before production and how affected tests will be repeated.
Trial charging and operation
Run a representative shift, then recharge with the approved equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions. Record end-of-shift charge and the time available before redeployment. Investigate unexpected consumption by changing one documented condition at a time.
Approve the final configuration
Current X5 information specifies 5000mAh and Android 16, but a customized software proposal still needs its own acceptance record. Do not transfer a demonstration result to a different firmware build without checking relevant changes. Name the hardware, firmware and charger in the approval and agree which substitutions require review. This keeps the power result tied to the configuration actually supplied rather than an unfinished prototype.
