An OEM power specification needs to work within the finished enclosure. A 5000mAh request should therefore cover the battery, device dimensions and service method together.
Record the proposed design
Ask for the battery specification, pack identifier and finished-device dimensions. Identify the intended mounts, holsters and charging equipment. Clarify which elements are existing components and which are proposed custom work.
Approve a finished sample
Test the application workload and measure remaining charge. Check mount fit and connector access with the deployed case. Obtain the manufacturer's service instructions and relevant protection evidence for that assembly. A battery drawing alone cannot establish the handling or sealing of the finished phone.
Control production changes
X5 currently has a 5000mAh battery and a 146.0 by 71.7 by 15.5mm body. Those facts describe X5, not any hypothetical OEM enclosure. Record the exact configuration approved for the project and require review of relevant battery or enclosure substitutions. Repeat affected fit and power checks after a change. Keep design evidence and trial results together so the order remains tied to the finished sample.
