An OEM branding project can change how a rugged phone's front panel looks and how users interact with it. For a 6.5-inch FHD requirement, review the finished assembly with the intended application and accessories.
Define the branding area
Provide artwork dimensions and identify where marks may appear. Confirm that branding does not cover the active display, camera openings, sensors or required instructions. Ask for a sample showing the actual materials and placement rather than approving only a digital illustration.
Test after assembly
Fit the intended screen protector and case. Check touch near the edges, visibility of labels and access to controls. Review cleaning instructions for the branded surface. Record the approved appearance and functional observations together so a visually acceptable sample does not bypass usability checks.
Confirm the underlying phone
Branding does not change the display specification. The current X5 remains a 5.3-inch model, not a 6.5-inch FHD OEM phone. Require the screen facts for the proposed hardware and identify any alternative explicitly. Approve artwork against that finished sample, then agree which changes require another review. Keep the branded reference and hardware revision together for production inspection.
