A 1.5m drop-resistance claim needs a test record for the complete tablet configuration. Height alone does not describe the surface, orientations, number of drops or what counted as a failure. This page does not verify a 1.5m drop result for a Phonemax tablet.
Identify what was tested
Request the exact model and hardware revision, any fitted case, battery and accessories, and the device's operating state. A report for a differently configured sample should not automatically be applied to the delivered order.
Read the procedure and acceptance criteria
- Drop height and impact surface.
- Faces, edges or corners evaluated and the sequence of impacts.
- Sample count and condition before testing.
- Functional checks after the sequence, not appearance alone.
- The report's method, date and responsible evaluator.
Keep rugged labels within their scope
The official MIL-STD-810 record describes environmental tailoring rather than one universal design or test specification. A reference to that standard does not supply the missing details of a particular drop test.
Approve evidence before deployment
Have the responsible technical team assess whether the documented conditions match the intended job. Do not improvise destructive sample drops as a substitute for a defined evaluation. Keep unsupported requirements marked unverified.
