Ask for a complete response
Request model and enclosure revision, relevant report identifiers and stated liquid conditions. Identify required cover positions and any limitations in the manufacturer's instructions. Make missing fields visible on the quotation rather than filling them from another product.
Clarify the operational request
Separate accidental exposure from planned underwater use. Ask how the proposed task is supported and whether accessories form part of the solution. Do not treat an ingress report as proof of camera controls, image quality or diving suitability.
Approve one supported configuration
Current X5 information describes IP68 under specified laboratory conditions and does not establish every 1.5-meter use. Obtain evidence for the actual requirement or revise the brief deliberately. Keep the manufacturer's care and drying instructions with the approved model record so staff receive guidance for the device delivered rather than an unsupported sourcing keyword.
