Dust protection, PTT support and battery capacity are separate requirements. The finished phone must also allow workers to reach the controls and maintain the required closure arrangement.
Review the configuration
Request protection documentation and care instructions for the offered unit. Identify the PTT application or radio system and required transmit control. Ask for the exact battery specification.
Inspect deployed handling
Fit the intended case and check cover access, key operation and charging clearance. Run receiving and transmitting tasks with normal gloves. Record control errors and the actual communication workload for the power trial.
Avoid merged X5 claims
Current X5 describes IP68 under specified laboratory conditions and a 5000mAh 4G smartphone. It does not establish a 4000mAh dedicated PTT device. Obtain support for the proposed communication setup and test that sample. Keep protection evidence, control compatibility and remaining charge as separate acceptance fields so a successful message demonstration cannot hide an unsupported configuration.
