A farm data-collection workflow should identify the field, plot and visit before the operator records an observation. Correct information entered against the wrong location or visit can still create an unusable record. Define the identification rules with the farm's system owner.
Use separate identifiers for separate questions

Rehearse two similar locations
Use non-sensitive test entries for two easily confused plots. Have the operator choose a plot, enter a harmless observation, move to the second task and submit both. Check the receiving system's identifiers and visit references. This is a suggested check, not a report of an actual farm trial.
Do not make a map marker the sole identifier
Ask the software provider how workers confirm the intended record and handle an incorrect selection. Positioning functions do not by themselves establish surveyed boundaries or the application's field-to-record association.
The T1 is presented for industrial field applications. The N1 is positioned for navigation. Neither product description certifies a farm data model or an agronomic decision system.
