Approve a work phone's battery against the intended shift, with the real application and charging opportunities. A 5000mAh capacity requirement does not establish a number of operating hours. Treat capacity as one configuration field and endurance as a result that still needs measurement.
Describe the shift before testing
Separate screen-intensive work, calls, navigation, image capture and idle periods. Record where the device can be charged and whether charging interrupts the task. The operations team should define the minimum finishing reserve before reviewing results; choosing the threshold afterwards weakens the comparison.

Check the difficult part of the day
Include the periods that matter operationally, such as a long route or a cluster of photo reports. Repeat the representative work period when conditions differ materially. If a sample fails to finish, record the unfinished task and remaining charge rather than estimating a full-day result from a short, light trial.
Compare capacity without relabelling products
The current R4-T lists a 3200mAh battery. The T1 tablet lists 12,000mAh and 18W charging. Neither figure should be replaced with 5000mAh to fit a generic search phrase, and their different formats make a capacity-only endurance comparison unhelpful.
Make a practical decision
Approve the measured setup if it completes the required workload with the agreed reserve. Otherwise review the device, workload or approved charging plan and evaluate the changed setup. Discuss the shift requirement with Phonemax. This is a logging method, not a measured runtime, charging-time claim or promise of a 5000mAh model.
