Record the capture configuration
Ask for camera facts for the offered model, then identify the settings used by the actual application. Capture representative labels and equipment views. Note image dimensions and relevant settings using supported device tools.
Review attachment behavior
Attach the images, submit the report and inspect the received files. Check whether the software resizes or compresses them and whether essential detail remains. Keep storage use and upload completion with the observations.
Avoid changing X5 specifications
Current X5 information lists a 13MP rear camera, not a 48MP sensor. Do not rename it to match a requirement.
