Label each line quoted, excluded or awaiting evaluation. If a project needs destination-specific documents or app preparation, ask who supplies them and whether the relevant work is included. Do not assume that mentioning a requirement in an enquiry means the supplier has accepted it.
Keep the selected platform fixed
The T1 product page distinguishes Gray 6GB+128GB Android 16 from Green 8GB+128GB Android 10. A quote that says only “T1 tablet” leaves a configuration question open.
