Write measurable screen needs
Request diagonal, active area and exact pixel counts. Identify the busiest map and longest form used by staff. State whether 6.58 inches is exact or whether a documented size alternative may be considered.
Compare the tasks
Use normal text scaling and the deployed case. Record zoom changes, keyboard overlap and missed controls. Separately test ordinary calling and record uploads with the intended operator. A usable screen does not establish regional service.
Keep product facts separate
P20 currently provides a documented 5G candidate, with additional screen evidence needed for this specific brief. Current X5 is 5.3-inch and 4G. Do not combine one model's connectivity with another's display claim. Approve one configuration against the task priorities and retain its specification revision so later substitutions can be assessed consistently.
