An OEM dual-SIM requirement should specify the preferred service and the allowed response when it becomes unavailable. “Dual SIM” does not describe who changes the data connection, which services must continue or what the application should show during the transition.
Write a service-policy table

Assign the mechanism to the right component
Ask the supplier, operator and app provider which part of the proposed behavior each supports. Identify hardware version, operating-system build, SIM plans and app configuration. Two physical slots do not by themselves establish a complete failover solution.
Request engineering evaluation
Phonemax's customization information includes regional network configurations where supported, with final scope subject to project evaluation. It does not promise automatic switching or uninterrupted sessions on every tablet.
If the T1 is the reference, identify the exact offered version and ask for its supported slot and service behavior. Keep each unconfirmed requirement open until the responsible parties supply evidence or complete an agreed trial.
Send Phonemax the service-policy table and target operators. Use controlled test data for evaluation. This guide does not verify dual-active operation, automatic failover, concurrent calling/data behavior or a maximum interruption time.
