If a tablet project needs documents, maps or reference files prepared before delivery, define the data pack separately from the hardware specification. A RAM requirement does not describe the content, version, destination or authorization needed to prepare those files.
Name each deliverable
| Data-pack field | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Content owner | Who authorizes the files and their distribution? |
| Version | Which dated revision or approved manifest is required? |
| Destination | Which app or permitted storage location should receive the content? |
| Access | Does first use require an account, licence or online activation? |
| Acceptance | What should the reviewer open and check on the sample? |
| Maintenance | Who replaces outdated files after deployment? |
Use harmless sample content first
Provide non-sensitive test files and ask the app owner to define a supported preparation route. Check that the intended user can find and open the correct revision. Record whether an initial download or login is still required. A file copied to a device is not proof that an app can use it offline.
Confirm project feasibility
Phonemax's OEM/ODM information describes selected software and configuration work subject to project evaluation. It does not establish a universal file-preloading service, permission to distribute third-party content or access to a customer's accounts.
The T1 listing distinguishes Gray 6GB+128GB Android 16 and Green 8GB+128GB Android 10. Specify the offered build and data pack together; do not invent a 4GB version to fit an older catalogue phrase.
Send Phonemax the content manifest and preparation requirements. This is a project brief, not confirmation of preloading availability, content rights, offline compatibility or delivery terms.
