If a work system uses QR sign-in, check which account and organization the completed flow opens. Reading a code is only one step. A successful camera capture does not establish that the operator reaches the correct work environment or receives the intended permissions.
Use the provider's approved test flow
Ask the application owner for a non-production demonstration and its expected result. Identify whether the QR code begins sign-in, enrollment or another process. Do not assume those workflows are interchangeable or that every tablet camera app implements them.
| Sign-in stage | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Start | The operator uses the approved application and code source |
| Read the code | The intended provider flow opens |
| Complete authentication | The expected test account and organization are shown |
| Open a work task | The account has the intended task and access level |
| Expired or cancelled flow | The worker can follow the provider's defined recovery path |
Keep access evidence private
Retain only the approved test evidence needed to describe the outcome. Do not put production sign-in codes or account secrets in a product enquiry. Ask the app provider which diagnostic details can be shared with support.
Identify the supplied software version
The T1 listing distinguishes Android 16 Gray and Android 10 Green versions. An older Android 12 enquiry does not establish a currently offered version or prove a sign-in integration on either listed build.
Ask Phonemax about the proposed tablet configuration and have the system owner evaluate authentication. This guide does not verify QR-reading performance, identity security, app compatibility or account-recovery capability.
