A vibration-resistance requirement needs a defined installation, exposure and operating task. A phone surviving a single drop does not establish how it performs while mounted on vibrating equipment or transported repeatedly over a rough route.
Describe where the vibration comes from
State whether the phone is handheld, carried in a bag or fixed in a mount. Identify the activity, expected duration and functions that must work during or after exposure. Ask a suitable engineering or test specialist to define the relevant test conditions rather than copying a generic severity level.

Read standards references as a route to detail
NASA's record for MIL-STD-810 describes environmental tailoring rather than universal design or test specifications. A standard name alone does not identify the vibration procedure performed on an offered phone.
Request the report's exact sample configuration, method and results. Do not infer a vibration result from an unrelated enclosure or drop claim.
Include the complete mount arrangement
If the phone will be fixed to equipment, review the mount, retention, cable routing and access with the responsible team. A loose device inside a holder is not the same configuration as a firmly retained test sample.
Do not attach a phone to moving machinery for an improvised demonstration. Agree the assessment and permitted use first.
Keep unverified claims out of the order
